Alcoa is sponsoring an Engineering and Technology Exploring Post where participants will learn about innovative aerospace, airplane structures, and more from a global leader in lightweight metals technology, engineering and manufacturing.  This is a great way for students to expand their knowledge, gain experience, build an internship, and more!

Exploring is a worksite-based program of Learning for Life, a subsidiary of the Boy Scouts of America, for young men and women who are 14 through 20 years old (15 through 21 in some areas).  Exploring units, called "posts", usually have a focus on a single career field, such as police, fire/rescue, emergency medical services, healthcare, law, aviation, engineering, or the like, and may be sponsored by a government or business entity.  Space is limited to the first 35 students and all fees will be covered by Alcoa.
